#### Allgemeine Information zu den Druckern

---

Das Gauß-IT-Zentrum (GITZ) betreibt ein Druck-System mit mehr als 30 Druckern an verschiedenen Standorten. Die nachfolgenden Informationen und Tabellen sollen helfen, den gewünschten Drucker auf dem eigenen Arbeitsplatzrechner einzurichten. Bei den in der Auflistung aufgeführten Druckern handelt es sich um Geräte des Gauß-IT-Zentrums, die öffentlich zugänglich sind. Zusätzlich sind öffentlich zugängliche Geräte aufgelistet, die über das zentrale Drucksystem des Gauß-IT-Zentrums erreichbar sind, aber von anderen Einrichtungen betrieben werden.

## Drucker-Übersicht mit Installationspfaden

In dieser Übersicht finden Sie unten stehend eine Tabelle der verfügbaren Drucker. Ganz links steht der Name des Druckers („Druckername“). Drucker-Gruppen, auch Cluster oder Verbund-Drucker genannt, sind durch zusammengefasste Zeilen dargestellt, wobei in der zweiten Spalte („Nr. im Verbund“), die einzelnen Drucker durchnummeriert wurden. Insbesondere die Hochdurchsatz-Drucker in den Druckerräumen 102 im Altgebäude und 004 im Neubau sind zu solchen Verbund-Druckern zusammengefasst worden. Das Drucksystem analysiert automatisch, welcher der geclusterten Drucker für einen anstehenden Druckauftrag zur Verfügung steht. Plotter sind weiterhin einzeln ansprechbar. Wichtig für die Installation des Druckers ist die Spalte „Serverpfad“, denn über diese <abbr title="Uniform Resource Identifier">URI</abbr> wird der (Verbund-)Drucker angesprochen.

Das Papier ist mit dem besonders umweltfreundlichen „Blauen Engel“ zertifiziert. Die Drucker werden daher auch kurz als **Eco-Drucker** bezeichnet. In allen Poolräumen des Gauß-IT-Zentrums sind diese *Eco-Drucker* bereits als Standard-Drucker vorausgewählt. Wenn Sie von zu Hause aus drucken, empfehlen wir Ihnen, die *Eco-Drucker* ebenfalls an Ihrem Laptop oder PC einzurichten und vorzugsweise über diese zu drucken.</p>

Das Gauß-IT-Zentrum (GITZ) nimmt Entgelte für alle Druckerzeugnisse. Die Entgelte decken im Wesentlichen die Materialkosten für beispielsweise Toner, Papier, Austauschteile und andere Materialien ab.

Einrichtungen und Institute können im Gauß-IT-Zentrum Datenträger zur kostenpflichtigen Vernichtung nach ISO 21964/DIN 66399 abgeben. Dabei werden folgende Sicherheitsstufen eingehalten: H4 O4 T5 E4  
  
Die Abrechnung erfolgt über das Druckkonto der Einrichtung bzw. des Instituts. Es gelten die folgenden Stückpreise
